Irrigation Sign-ups

Maintenance Services:

Spring Start-up: Turning on the water, checking zones, sprinkler heads, and minor adjustments and repairs.
Backflow Test: Performed by a licensed technician and submitted to the proper authority.
Backflow Test Submission Fee: Not applicable if you live in the city of Carmel.
Winterization*: Shutting down the system properly and blowing out the sprinkler lines.

*The Year service includes all the above services. Spring service includes only the first 3 bullets.

What Happens After You Sign Up?

After signing up, you will receive an invoice through QuickBooks for the desired service and after payment is received you will be placed on our service list. Our irrigation technicians will further communicate with you when service is performed etc.

Services Time Frame:

The following service windows are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions:

Spring Service: End of March-May

Mid-Summer Service: July-September

Winterization Service: October-November
